Afternoon Whale Watch Cruise
Onboard the Hokua you will enjoy an afternoon adventure of whale watching from an "eye-level" perspective. You will be able to view the whales on both port and starboard sides comfortably from your seat. An onboard naturalist will tell you fascinating stories about the humpbacks and will be able to answer all your questions. The number of people on board is limited for your comfort and convenience. You'll have excellent opportunities to take some great photos of the whales.
The boat: The Hokua is Maui's newest and most exciting charter vessel located at Ma'alaea Harbor. She is a 40-foot power catamaran specifically built for Hawaii's waters. The Hokua is Coast Guard approved to carry up to 35 passengers, but we limit our guests to 30 per trip, which allows for extra room for everyone to spread out and relax in comfort. The captain and crew have over 35 years of combined experience in the waters off Maui.
Keep in mind that this is a seasonal cruise. It takes place during whale watching season (December 15 to April 15) only. |
