Aloha Flight

On arrival at Hawaii's only floating office, you will be welcomed and briefed on a map of the flight and the sights you will see. After your take-off from the water you will climb into the sky above Honolulu Harbor and Aloha tower, then pass offshore of Waikiki Beach followed by a look down into Diamond Head Crater, the prestigious Kahala area, Koko Head Crater, Hanauma Bay, Sealife Park, Kaneohe Bay and return through Pali Pass and a circuit over the Arizona Memorial before returning to Keehi Lagoon for a water landing.

Hawaii's only seaplane operation brings 45 years of experience in water flying in Alaska, Canada, the Artic and the Caribbean Islands. You can now experience the thrill of taking off and landing on the protected waters of Keehi Lagoon.

Island Seaplane Service currently operates two aircraft. The Dehavilland Beaver can accommodate 6 passengers plus the pilot, and the Cessna 206 can accommodate 3 passengers plus pilot. Their seaplane base can be seen in the recent Adam Sandler movie "Fifty First Dates”.

Free transportation from Waikiki hotels
Flights are pilot narrated with a two way intercom that allows you to converse as you go.
A minimum of two persons is required to depart on a flight, but often a single person can be worked in with another group.
Make sure you have photo ID (driver's license, passport, etc) with you to pass through airport security before arriving at the floating office and seaplane base.
Advance reservations are usually advisable as some days might be totally filled--especially when a cruise ship is in port.
