Bottom Fishing Tour
Enjoy a fun bottom fishing tour aboard the Sashimi. You'll be fishing in the calm, near-shore waters off Oahu's south coast, where you can gaze at the beautiful sights of Waikiki Beach and Diamond Head. While you are trying to catch different species of fish, you will have the opportunity to meet new people and make friends. You'll be surrounded by nice music and beautiful vistas. Depending on the season you can even witness the famous "green flash" as the sun drops below the horizon or watch the graceful Pacific humpback whales that come to Hawaii every year in the winter.
While you are aboard you can use all bottom fishing gear, tackle and bait. You will also enjoy Hawaiian Style BBQ meal and non-alcoholic beverages which are included in the price. You may bring alcohol aboard if you wish. Free transportation from your hotel in Waikiki is provided. |
You can choose between two tours. The Noon Bottom Fishing Tour is ideal if you want to go fishing during the day in the sun. You'll depart at noon and will be back at your hotel around dinner time. The Evening Bottom Fishing Tour offers fascinating sunset views and views of the glittering Honolulu and Waikiki skylines at night. Whichever tour you choose, you're sure to have a great time.

From Waikiki, take Ala Moana Blvd. west toward the airport. Kewalo Basin is the boat harbor on your left just past Ala Moana Park, approximately 2 miles from Waikiki. Walking distance is approximately 30 minutes from the Waikiki Hilton. Look for Fisherman's Warf Restaurant at Kewalo Basin. Metered parking available. |

Fun fishing in Oahu

We had a great time. Although only one of us caught a fish it was still a great evening, and hey we can now say we've fished in Hawaii! The crew were fantastic, there was lots of laughter and fun by all. It was also great to do something in Hawaii that wasn't so 'touristy'. Highly recommend it, and you don't have to be an experienced fisherman either. |
