What a better chance to see sharks up close than on this Midnight Shark Hunt? If you are a thrill seeker, this tour is for you! Come aboard the Sashimi and get ready for the most challenging fishing experience you have ever had!

Midnight Shark Hunt

The Midnight Shark Hunt offers you nighttime fishing excitement in the abundant pacific ocean.

You will board one of two boats: the "Sashimi II" a 65 foot - 49 passenger Delta fishing boat or the the "Sashimi I" a 47 foot - 28 passenger Delta fishing boat.

These roomy boats are made all the more spacious in that the shark hunt is limited to 14 passengers (maximum). You may be on the boat with only 4 other people! Either way, there is lots of space!

Everybody gets their own fishing equipment, so you are free to fish the entire time or not, as you like. No one has to watch anyone else fish.

Hook into a variety of sharks, such as tiger, hammerhead, gray reef, sandbar and others, averaging 5-6 feet in size!

All fishing is done off Oahu's south shore. You will be provided with all necessary gear, so all you need to bring is your adventurous mood and a camera because for sure you will want to picture yourself with your catch! If you want you can bring food and alcoholic beverages as well.

This Midnight Shark Hunt takes place 7 days a week and it departs from Kewalo Basin boat harbor at 9:30 pm. Roundtrip transportation from your hotel in Waikiki is included in the package.

This is a catch and release program with care given to gentle handling of the sharks.

The Boats:
Sashimi I - 47' Delta, 28 passenger U.S. Coast Guard certified
Sashimi II - 65' Delta, 49 passenger U.S. Coast Guard certified

Although we did not catch any sharks, we had a good time on our trip. The crew picked us up at our hotel on time, they were very professional throughout the trip, and they brought us back to our hotel. They were so nice and tried so hard, I almost felt bad for them that the sharks weren't biting! I would definitely book a trip with them again.
