This flight takes you to Oahu's famed big wave beaches on the North Shore. You'll also get to see Oahu's most spectacular waterfall, which is inaccessible by foot.

North Shore & Waterfall Adventure

On this 20-minute flight, you'll soar high above the famed North Shore of Oahu featuring many beautiful and world-famous big wave surfing beaches, such as Waimea Bay, Sunset Beach and the Banzai Pipeline.

Afterward, you'll get to see the spectacular, inaccessible, 80-foot-tall Sacred Falls and later on Kahana Bay on the island's east shore. Gaze out over the Windward Side's famed aqua and translucent green waters and tiny offshore islands. Look further and you will spot the larger islands of Maui and Molokai to the east.

Thrifty Rent-A-Car System, Inc. 		Your flight leaves from their exclusive helipad located at the Turtle Bay Resort on the North Shore of Oahu. Relax in their lounge and chat with the pilot before your flight!

From Waikiki: Depart on Kalakaua Ave (north). Turn right (east) onto Poni Moi Rd. Turn left (north) onto Paki Ave and go for 0.9 miles. Bear right (north) onto Kapahulu Ave and go for 1.1 miles. Keep straight onto Waialae Ave and go for 0.2 miles. Take ramp (right) onto H1 (Lunalilo Fwy) and go for 5.2 miles. Keep left onto SR-78 (Moanalua Fwy) and go for 4 miles. Take ramp (right) onto H1 (Queen Liliuokalani Fwy) and go for 4.7 miles. At exit 8A, keep right onto ramp and go for 0.7 miles. Road name changes to H2 (Veterans Memorial Fwy). Go for 7.1 miles. At exit 8, take ramp (right) onto SR-80 (S. Kamehameha Hwy) and go for 2.2 miles. Bear right (north) ont SR-99 (Kamehameha Hwy) and go for 6.5 miles. Road name changes to Joseph P. Leong Hwy. Go for 1.8 miles. Keep straight onto SR-83 (Kamehameha Hwy) and go for 9 miles. Turn left (north) into Turtle Bay Resort parking lot.

December 18, 2008 		I tried to give this helicopter flight ten stars, but somehow it didn't work. Anyway, all I can say is WOW. You've never seen paradise until you get up off the ground and see it from the air. It's like flying over fantasy island or some shangrala on a foreign world. Just spectacular.
