One Tank Guided Scuba Tour

Dive sites include:

NORTH SHORE - Take a step back in time. Kauai's North shore cliffs and valleys are world famous. The area's ample sun and rain are turned into luxurious vegetation. During the summer, the North Shore beaches are excellent snorkel and diving locations, offering turtles, teeming fish and calm clear waters. However, during the "winter", wind and waves make it less desirable for underwater sports - but excellent for surfing!

Kee Lagoon: A snorkeling site and beginner shore dive.
Located literally at the end of the road, Ke'e Beach is probably the most visited beach on Kauai. The famed Kalalau Trail begins at the western end of the beach. Stay within confines of the reef. Not advisable during winter months due to high surf. Depths to 15 feet.

Tunnels Reef: A snorkeling and beginners diving site. From North on Highway 56 past Wainiha, 9/10's of a mile past the Hanalei Colony Resort. Good Lava Tubes. Should be very experienced skin diver. Up to 40 feet. Not advisable during winter months due to high surf. Marine Life : White Tip Reef sharks, Turtles, Razor Wrasse, Dragon Wrasse, Flying Cunard and many varities of Butterfly fish. Depth : 15-65 foot Topography : Notorious for the lava tubes, tunnels and caverns
Diveability : only in summer when there is no surf. Can have strong currents and poor viz.

Anini Beach: A snorkeling site and beginner shore dive. Go north on Highway 56 past Kilauea right turn to Kalihiwai road. Cross over the Kalihiwai Bridge and then take a right on Kalihiwai Road (the 2nd road with this name). Then take a left on Anini Road for about 3 miles and follow it to the beach. The water on one side of the beach is only four feet deep and slowly cascades to over a 100-foot depth on the other side. This beach is one of the safest and most protected along the North Shore of the island. A fringed reef runs the entire length of beach and is Hawaii's longest reef. Not advisable during winter months due to high surf.

South Shore - Relaxed and sunny Poipu Beach. Poipu is known for its exceptionally dry weather. The golden, sandy beaches are favorite spots for sunning, picnicking, snorkeling and diving. The entire poipu beach area is dedicated to recreation and relaxation.

Sheraton Caverns: Our first dive site is usually Sheraton Caverns. This is a very popular dive site with depths ranging from 30 to 65 feet. This is a site where 3 lava tubes interconnect with a small wall from 40-65 feet. Turtles are common as are octopus, nudibrancs, coral and semi-tame whitemouth moray eels, not to mention the schools of tropical reef fish ! Occasionally we also find lionfish, frogfish and leafscorpions. Sheraton Caverns is diveable 99% of the time and rarely has current.

Depth : 30-65 feet
Topography : Most visited dive site by boat in Kauai. Three Lava Tubes interconnected with a small wall 40-65 feet.
Marine Life : Lots of turtles, Octopus, occasional Lionfish inside tubes. Nudibranc's, Coral, Semi-tame Whitemouth Morays. This site is teeming with tropical fish including Frogfish and Leaf Scorpionfish
Diveability : 99% of the time diveable, calm surface with no currents.

Salt Pond: A snorkeling site and beginner shore dive. Left on Highway 543 after Hanapepe for half mile. Right on Lokokai Road by Cemetery. Depths to 6 feet.

Camp One: Generally calm with little current, but can have poor visibility (40-60 foot) due to rain run-off. Camp One has ledges, overhangs, two pinnacles and an archway. There's plenty of places for Frogfish, Turkey(lion) fish, leafscorpion, butterfly fish, nudibrancs (spanish dancers)

General Store: Mini drop-off with three lava caverns, 50-75 foot depth. A few old boat anchors with coral growth. schools of lemon butterflys, frogfish. Octopus, turtles, white tip reef sharks sleeping in the larger cavern, moray eels, soldierfish and lobsters. Dive have currents and rough seas.

Turtle Bluffs: Drop-offs with a high rock bluff, 45-85 foot depth. A cleaning station for green sea turtles, rare morwongs, boarfish, leafscorpions, occasional white tip reef shark. Eels, manta rays, dolphins and occasionally a whale. Dive may have currents and a rough surface.

Fast Lanes: Lava flows extend into deeper ocean, 55-95 foot depth. Lots of Tropical fish, schools of surgeonfish and pennant fish. Occasioned by whitetip reef shark, boarfish, congar eel and octopus. General Calm with no current.

Koloa Landing: 30-55foot depth. Lots of fish, stingrays, eels, leafscorpions, octopus, shells, nudibrancs, frogfish, razor wrasse, parrotfish, turtles, butterfly, flying cunard. Diveability is typically year round with easy access.

Brennecke's Ledge: With a depth of 55-90 feet, this ledge runs parallel to shore with an undercut and a few lava tubes. Large schools of blue lines snappers (ta'ape), young branches of black coral, soldierfish (menpache), green sea turtles (honu), occasional white tip reef shark, lots of coral on top of ledge, eels and octopus.
