Sea Life Park offers an incredible interactive program during which you may come in close contact with a family of adorable and loving sea lions.

Sea Lion Discovery

Sea lions are one of the ocean's most entertaining creatures! Come and learn more about these amazing, energetic, and playful marine mammals. Watch these nimble marine dwellers carry out their daring water acrobatics and spectacular jumps. Help their trainer give out instructions while using a special signal system. While you swim and play with these fabulous creatures, you may pet, kiss and hug them. The experiences shared with your new ocean friends will be a memory that will last a lifetime!

The adventure occurs 7 days a week at the Sea Life Park in Waimanalo and includes an orientation. Round trip transportation from Waikiki is provided for an additional cost.

Driving Directions


Thrifty Rent-A-Car System, Inc. 		From Waikiki: Take H1 East. H1 becomes Highway 72 (Kalanianaole Highway). Continue east through residential area. Residential area will end; continue driving along the coast past Hanauma Bay, the Blow Hole and Sandy Beach, to Makapuu Point. A large colorful sign for Sea Life Park will be on your left, enter the Park at this place.

The cutest animals

October 10, 2007 		I tried the Sea Lion Discovery and my new favorite animal is Sea Lion. So adorable and sweet. So cute. They where not dangerous at all, just curious and so so so sweet. I just loved it.
