Ultimate Surf Lesson with Master Surfer Hans Hedemann
Professional Surfer Hans Hedemann is a CPR trained instructor & safety guide dedicated to an enriched Hawaiian Surfing experience, providing a great adventure for the Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced Surfer. Hans Hedemann will personally take you surfing in the best breaks on the South Shore and provide the lesson of a lifetime for the "Briefcase Surfer" or the surfer who knows what they want to achieve. This surfing lesson will get you up and riding guaranteed.
The lesson starts with a land lesson: learn proper paddling technique, turning the surfboard, maneuvering over waves and positioning to stand up and ride your first wave. You will also learn proper water safety and etiquette. Then you are ready to take the plunge and "hang ten", learning to stand and ride the waves. This is the ultimate surfing lesson! |

Directions To Park Shore Waikiki
From Honolulu International Airport: Exit the airport to H-1 east (follow the Honolulu signs). Proceed on H-1 east 1o miles to King St, and take exit 25A. At the second traffic light, turn right onto Kapahulu Ave., going away from the mountains toward the ocean. Follow Kapahulu Ave. for about two miles until you see the Pacific Ocean. The Park Shore is on the right, located across from Waikiki Beach, on the corner of Kalakaua Ave. and Kapahulu Ave.
Free parking is available at the public parking lot on Monsarrat Ave., and reasonably priced metered parking is available at the Honolulu Zoo parking lot across the street on Kapahulu Ave. Due to the popularity of these parking lots, please realize that they may be full and you should leave enough time to find alternative parking. |
