If you book an activity as a group
Groups: more than 10 individuals.
You may cancel your reservation anytime up to 72 hours before your
scheduled activity, and we will refund the purchase price to your credit card minus a 50% customer service fee.
If your activity is canceled or postponed by us or your activity provider, you will receive a 100% refund.
To cancel your reservation, just login
and click the "Cancel My Reservation"
link.
Sorry, cancellations within 72 hours of your scheduled
activity cannot be accepted. We realize that last minute
plans change, but by that time, many people have already
prepared for your activity.
