Booking
When should I book my activity?

Is it better to wait until I arrive in Hawaii to book my activities?
Why should I book ahead of time on line?
Many activities sell out weeks or even months in advance, so if you wait until you arrive, you may not be able to get tickets. If you wait until you arrive in Hawaii to book your activity, you may be disappointed to find that not only is your chosen activity sold out, but most other activities are sold out as well.

  Help with booking an activity

Booking an activity requires that you use a cookie-enabled browser (all modern browsers are cookie-enabled). A cookie is a "key" to your shopping cart, and without that, there is no way to unlock it. The cookie is your key, and it is kept by your browser. The cookie is a simple encoded text file that acts like your personal key.

Beyond that, simply add any activity to your cart and proceed to the checkout when you are ready to purchase admission to the activity. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us anytime via the Contact Us page.

Cookie Help
What are Cookies and why do I need to enable them?

Simply put, cookies are a text file which we ask your browser to save. This piece of text is completely harmless. It looks like "abcdefghijklmnop123456789". The reason this piece of text is required is simple too: the World Wide Web is built on "respond and forget" technology. Basically, that means that when you ask for a web page, the server sends it to you and then forgets who you are. A cookie is a "key" so that our server can remember you.

In the same way that your automobile wont work without a key to start it, without a cookie to remember you, the shopping cart will not work.

If you would like further information about cookies, we suggest you do a Google search for "cookies".

Below are instructions for enabling cookies in your browser. If you have trouble, please feel free to contact us.
