2. At any time prior to going on your activity, if

can verify it, we will issue a credit on your credit
card for the difference plus 10% (of the price difference).

- For a claim to be valid under this guarantee,
it must satisfy all Terms and Conditions outlined herein.
- All claims must be filed by midnight Hawaii
Standard Time of the same day in which you participated

- Activities which are rescheduled by you are
not eligible for a refund.
- "Price" is the total price less taxes and fees.
- Special fares do not apply to this guarantee.
- Big Kahuna Hawaii must be able to verify
the lower price on another website or in legitimate
printed materials. It is not necessary to purchase the comparable activity.
- Big Kahuna Hawaii reserves the right to
deny any claims that cannot be verified, or for which
you have provided insufficient or incomplete information.
- Claims are only valid if filed online. Other
methods (e.g. phone, email, fax) are not eligible.
- Guarantee only applies to activities which can be booked and paid for online (not via phone or other service).
- Guarantee is only valid for lower prices found
for the exact same activity with the same activity date,
same class of service (where applicable), same restrictions,
and was available for purchase on the same day as the
original Big Kahuna Hawaii.com online purchase.
- Guarantee only applies to activities purchased
with a credit card and with a United States billing
address.
- Guarantee does not apply to rates not available
to the general public (such as, but not limited to:
corporate, military, meeting & convention, wholesaler,

you choose to refund.
